(AC Valhalla Expansion Online Game Mode)

Contributed to the development of an Assassin's Creed Valhalla expansion game mode, designed for post-launch release.

​

  • Designed an online co-op PVE experience for 3 players, featuring 15-minute matches and Norse God character selection.

  • Researched Norse mythology to inspire gameplay elements and environments.

  • Created branching level layouts leading to waves of combat encounters, culminating in a main arena boss battle.

  • Designed and implemented a progression system to unlock powers and the final boss through exploration and grinding.

  • Brainstormed, designed, and prototyped god-like mechanics aligned with character archetypes.

  • Used the Assassin's Creed Valhalla asset kit to craft iconic Norse Mythology-inspired locations.

  • Conducted prototypes and playtests to refine gameplay mechanics and level design.

  • Researched comparable games (e.g., Fortnite, The Circle, Spellbreak, Dauntless) to analyze their core fun elements and integrate valuable insights.
